Course of six hypnotherapy group sessions specialising in stress and weight management
Introductory offer of £49 for the course
The price includes a half-hour, one to one consultation (worth £25)
In the sessions, you will learn how to; Achieve and maintain permanent weight-loss Totally de-stress and relax Lower your blood pressure Change negative thoughts to positive actions
The sessions will be hosted by fully qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist.

ZUMBA FITNESS
Classes start on Tuesday 19th July from 10:00 - 11:00am. Start the week off with a party, dancing, shaking and wiggling while exercising your whole body (we bet you don't even realise you're doing it!) Zumba is exercise in disguise! Classes also on Fridays 18:30 - 19:30
